94 Jul 22 Comment Not sure a completely clean background is always preferable. I think you nailed this one. Spanish moss a nice touch too. Your bride is glorious. You caught a perfect moment, those plumes are incredible. Hard to tell the difference between male and female egrets. My guess is you just wanted it to be a "bride". Or maybe you know something I could learn? Jul 6th
94 Jul 22 Comment This might be my favorite. The pastel colors are exquisite! Herons and egrets are SO photogenic...big and colorful. Can't believe such a high ISO isn't grainy. Good work. Jul 6th

94 Jul 22 Comment Burrowing owls are just about the cutest birds there are. Love the motion. My slight complaint is that on my screen it looks a bit too bright...esp. wings and post. Might want to get rid of the writing on the post also.
