Karen, I love the reflections. Gorgeous scene and glad you captured it. To me, my eye goes to the center of the photo, which is a lot of trees. I think focusing more towards the house might narrow the image. |

Dean, I think this is lovely and interesting. Iphones can capture some images that other cameras cannot. I think the other suggestions of cropping and straightening the pine trees would be beneficial. Great colors too. |

Denise, I don't think the background is too busy either. It is complimenting the subject. I like the soft of the main image, and would leave it like that. Beautiful! |

Jan, I like how you cropped the main photo. As to the number in a photo, I have been told that 3 is a good number. So taking out one of the stools would simplify the photo even more. I'd like to see one with the musicians in it. Nice job! |

Mary, these are mating butterflies? That complicates the subject. I think either the color or b&w works, and like that you took a difficult subject to work more in b&w. |

Georgianne, sounds like a wonderful event. You made a very complex composition, and I am sure those girls would like to have it. I cannot suggest any improvements. As a second photo the main dancer by herself would also make a beautiful photo. Lovely! |

Carol, lovely image. I really like all your did to convert to B&W. I too like the bird on the short pole and the enhanced contrast. I think you have a winner here, with lots of mood. |

Thank you. I will try that. Just FYI, that area was not water but a field with old cars and trucks there, and the beauty of ICM is it made it look like water! |

Thanks Denise. I did both. The wind was blowing, which got my attention to take the photo. Then moved the camera for ICM during it. |
