I can't help but agree with Marcus that the placing of the stars is unfortunate - I think I might have tried to make more of a feature of Freddie and use the flag as a backdrop, might have worked better. But well done for your experimentation always good to see something different. |

Love the mood of this shot and as you say a topical theme for this moment in time. We are just starting with our "Yellow" season and I should get out and capture some images. Very unusual to see rolling hills with crop here in UK - we normally plough our fields flat so I am enjoying this image a lot - thanks for sharing. |

Overall some good vibrations with this image - lighting was obviously difficult but you have controlled the highlights well. I do however find the angle a little awkward and the shadows on her shoulder are distracting me from the focal point of the image. I think a little fill in might have helped, but otherwise well captured and thanks for sharing. |

Thanks Marcus, I totally get that - of all the backgrounds I could have chosen this was probably not the best...I was concentrating more on the techniques of the process. |

You have captured the force of the water and I like the fact that you have included some human interest which also gives a good guide to scale. I dont think I would like to be on that balcony it looks very close to the fountain. Well captured and thanks for sharing |

I enjoy street photography a lot, we get plenty of opportunity in London and this shot had me puzzled until I read that it was taken in Montreal. It could have been taken in the back streets of Paris. Nice shot - well exposed and composition about right. Good choice of Lens as 35mm (28mm on a crop frame) is my lens of choice for all street photography. Not every street shot gives you the opportunity for exciting images and I am struggling a little to find anything that fascinates me about this image and if you had converted this to monochrome it might have some graphic appeal, but having said that your subject is nicely framed in the shot and ticks most of the conventional photographic boxes. Thanks for sharing
