Hi Pinaki, I agree your comments as a general principle - there would have been many advantages of using a lower ISO and a longer shutter speed, but I didn't plan that on that day. I will do so another day. I have made an A2 print of this shot and you would really have to get up close to see the noise on the shot. Appreciate your comments. |

I don't know if I would enter this into a Nature Category or Humour, either way I have enjoyed this a lot. I love the angle you have used to avoid distracting foliage in the background and whilst the lighting is harsh you have managed to light the subjects in a controlled way. Well done and thanks for sharing |

Hi Mark - Appreciate your thoughts, I did consider a vignette, but as it was a dark image anyway as I applied the vignette I could tell it was distracting my eye from the central focal point. - Needless to say being in London it rained 10 minutes after I took this shot and I had to make a dash for the underground. |

Makes me feel cold just looking and reminds me of an excursion I made to Norway during 2017. I like the image a lot but my personal preference is to try and capture the image as it was seen as I feel that enhancement of the luminosity is a bit misleading to the viewer. |

Interesting idea Sukumar, I am not sure what is added to the shot by creating the blur. Personally I would have offered the Original as there is enough mood available in that image to focus the attention on the two ladies. |
