I like this story and especially the juxtaposition between the man and the pub sign. I also would like to see this with the tree on the left cropped out. I find the tree distracting and it pulls my eye away from the man. |

Very interesting group shot. I love the expressions especially of the guy in the far right watching the woman in the crosswalk. I appreciate Stephen' suggestions on exposure. |

Very nice image. I like the activity and movement. Too bad you don't have someone eating their sausage. I would have liked a more clear subject. To me the subject is the sign saying $6 - a person as a subject might have been more interesting. |

Great composition! I love the man's face and his gaze into the distance. You did a fabulous job removing the distractions. I never would have guessed the photo had been modified if I hadn't seen the original. |

Great story! I like the interaction between the ladies and their movement. I also think the background is too bright and the white from the tents can be distracting. |

Thanks for your perspective. I like this definition of street photography: photography taken in a public space of ordinary people going about their ordinary lives. Using this definition, I don't think a photograph has to be in B&W in order to be considered a street photograph. That said, I think a lot of good street photographs are best in B&W. In this instance, I prefer the color but understand if others prefer the photograph in B&W. |
