The next time I visit the relatives in Evanston I am bring my drone. This is only a few miles from my sister in law's home.
I am ok with the amount of sky, but agree with others there could be a little more foreground.

Like others I have been here. Did you see the abandoned cement mixer at the access road off of Rte 24?
Compositionally I think Factory Butte and the red tractor/green plow struggle with each other, especially with the dead space in the middle. And the road on the far left could be a nice leading line but it is too close the edge. I would have considered being a couple of hundred yards left, put the road closer to the center, and eliminated the red tractor |

Yes, the clouds look a little odd in the original. In V2 I would have tried getting the blues a little darker. And see if you could correct the tilt on the right side via Perspective Correction in LR/PS |

Yes, it would have been better if the tip were either well above or well below the horizon. The purple is obviously a matter of taste but it was too extreme for me. |

I can be hard being the last, or nearly the last, person to comment, but, yes, I would crop down, and also in from the right a little. I think a bit of a road is showing in the lower center which could be eliminated with CAF.
P.S., I have a Shasta summit from the early 00s. This image brings back some fond (well maybe not so fond) memories. |
