As Lou says, nice eye!
I actually liked original 3 best (although I would have removed the truck on the far right). It showed more of the colors and didn't cut off any trucks. In the version you showed the close up made some of the annoying things like the light poles a bigger part of the image. |

A nicely put together image. I like the stream Lou mentions -- feels like a good leading line to me. I think the square rock in the middle right could have been burned down some.
I did struggle with the trees. In the fall they might have been beautiful (if they change colors) but this time of year they looked kind of beaten. Possibly pump up the greens (Nik Color Effects Pro, Foliage filter)? |

On my monitor only a thumbnail came up. When clicked on it a very small image displayed but it was hard to make much out. If you are not doing this I'd suggest in post sizing to 1920x1080 at 300 and then if the file exceed 1mb just move the jpeg slider left to maybe 9.
From what I could see, yes, it seems like too much sky. |

First a question -- what does this data in the upper right mean: 120' ISO 102 1.9 ? And why did you use an ND filter?
With my questions out of the way I felt the corner in the lower left was too close to edge. And the middle just seems too empty.
Since I live near there the shot does show the agricultural areas in northern Oxnard vey nicely. Next summer a VCF entry in the "Agriculture" category? |

Nicely composed and love the colors.
The sand seems overexposed, and I don't see any detail in it. If you are not exposure bracketing that is usually a good idea, so you have lighter and darker exposures if needed in post.
It is hard to tell because we are required to submit such small file sizes, but the image overall seemed soft. |

A very pleasing image shot at a nice time of day.

Perhaps a bit over saturated especially the ponds in right back of the image. |

Nice spot!
I saw you raised shadows but I think they could have come up even more, especially the reflection. Also, if you had the option, I would not have cut off the right side |

Well, I showed it at my photoclub's image review last night and the judge was only lukewarm. I think I'll move on from this one. Thanks for the input! |
