Thanks for your comments Robin. Good suggestion, about a face in the window. I might scout through my files to see if I have a suitable one. |

Robin, I like how you have blended so many unrelated images to create a story, they really fit in well. More particularly, I like the clock, for me it makes the story believable. |

A very interesting, surreal application to your granddaughter's image. I do agree with both Ian and Hazel, I would like to completely see your granddaughter's eyes. |

Thanks for your feedback Ian, I do appreciate it. I saw a similar image on Facebook and thought I might give it a try. I take photos of lots of old houses but something struggle to know what to do with them. |

Ian, the polar coordinates certainly make what appears to be ordinary image into something very interesting and appealing. Nicely done. |

Hi Hazel, I think your second version is a lot better. The first submission, the man is not anchored to the grounds of the castle and the contrast between the man and the castle doesn't match well. |

Hi Brad, I do agree with Ian about the blending of the two images, the do fit well and the girl in the water adds to the interest. I like that you have made the background painterly. Nice approach. |

I've been curious about the Monarch butterflies in Australia and as I understand they are an introduced species and although their numbers are declining, they are not classified as endangered.
We have them here in Tasmania but I haven't seen any in my garden, just the common Tasmanian ones. |

Hi Rich, what a stunning creation, the first thing that came to mind was some sort of jeweled necklace!
If it wasn't for Marti's keen eye, I wouldn't have noticed the straight lines, I just admired the unusual creation and the colours. Well done. |

Hi Ingrid, I'm not familiar with this plant and had to check it out. It appears to be classified as a weed in Australia.
Your capture is simply stunning, as the others have said, the texture and colours just make it. I really don't have anything to add for improvement. Well done |

Hi Kamal, well done in capturing this scene, nature at work. I love the bee on the flower collecting pollen, one of my favourite images. As others have said, the yellow flower against the lovely blurry green background makes the image. Well done. No suggestion for improvement. |

Hi Doug, I do agree with the others. I do like the soft and hazy look but more particularly, I like how you focused on one part of the flower to give a "hint" of what it might be. It could be a mystery, had you not labelled it. Well done |

Hi Marti, what an unusual flower, isn't nature just wonderful! I like the strong colours of the flower and the added light adds to the interest. Well done |

Hi Bob, I too like the Swirly Strokes effect, I think it suits this image quite well. I don't see the bit of white at the bottom as distractions but adds to the tonality of the whole image. From a personal point of view, I would not include the two red flowers as part of the set as in my view the red colour from the applied filter is bright, strong and dominates. You have 5 pink/purple dahlias which makes a nice composition. |

Thanks for your feedback Marti. Always appreciate your thoughtful comments. I was of two minds about the bud, but I ended up thinking that it adds a nice balance to the flower. |
