Hi Lisa, thanks for the welcome. The bright part is a blended moon and it was placed there so that the eyes are drawn to it for the books. As you can see the books are faded and I wanted the light from the moon reflected on the pages. I take on board the blue bird. Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate all input. Cheers, Nadia |

Hi Tom,
In my opinion, if you remove the monkey then you have to remove the "scribble" on the two paintings, as the concept is about the monkey's contribution to the artwork! |

Hi Susan,
Thanks for your feedback and agree that the book on the ground needs more work. |

Hi Tom
Nice concept. I was initially drawn to the "scribble" on those two pieces of artwork and missed the monkey. Just as a suggestion, to make the monkey stand out more, I would add some contrast on his body or do some dodging and burning so that the monkey matches with the contrast of those images and the man. Also put some light on one side the monkey's face and body to match the light source on the man's jacket.

Hi Susan,
Very nicely done. The model looks like she is trying to see through the spider's web and given your description that she "crouched inside the spider's web", my only suggestion would be to completely cover her head and veil and also the bottom part of her dress with the web, then, she'll be completely enclosed by it. I think the mono representation suits it. |

Hi Brad:
I really like your concept and have often thought about doing something similar, the idea of one with nature. The proportion is very good. My only suggestion would be to try the warm or sepia photo filer in PS on her clothing and reduce the opacity to reflect a faint colour of the flower this way she blends in more with the scene as if she belongs there.

Hi Tom:
Thanks for the welcome and feedback, I look forward to being part of the group. The sky is a combination of a few images that I've blended together. Hope this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cv7YP5L-2Zs which gives an overview of how to blend skies helps. I take your point about the book on the grass, it could be distorted a bit more. The added vignette has darkened the scarf and hat and I am probably hesitant to remove it.
