Bob...I am not quite sure what caused the confusion about my name😬...Sam is the shortened form of my surname, and the name by which I am known among my colleagues and friends.
Thanks for clarifying this.🙠|

Thanks Shriley for the comments.
I am not familiar with PS Express and am not sure how it differs to PS. I presume you cannot work with layers...may be there would be some workaround for that...
Thanks again. |

Very creative and interesting concept and you have done well in bringing your idea to fruition. Well done!
I agree with Fred on the points he made.
If I may suggest, you could crop a section of the lower part of the waterfall as a separate layer, and do a perspective distortion and blend into create a subtle horizon line and depth to this image...that layer can be manipulated separately to create the drama and the roughness of the sea.

Well crafted composite...a little bit of light fall-off to the right bottom and perhaps a puddle of water with a reflection? Just my imagination running riot here!
Great job! |

I just did a quick edit...a bit extreme perhaps, but just to illustrate my point. Apologies for messing with your image. |

Very creative again! Lovely bright colours and the shadow giving it 3 dimensional effect. I agree with Fred on the reflection...
I am not sure if the placement of the subjects and the black area on the left... they do not give the exact frame of your image and depth to the image. Wonder if a slightly less saturated black would do the trick?
I really like your creativity...well done! |

Thanks Fred for the feedback. In fact, I did a few iterations of this image including things that you suggested...but, when the inner frame is moved / expanded, I found that it interferes with other elements. For example if the frame is extended to the left it cuts through the chair...after a fair bit of experimentation I had to leave the frame as it is now.
Thanks again for the feedback. |
