I'm with Paul (miss you Paul!), they are getting better Ed! I like to tonal ranges on this, nice balance. I like how you cropped I too. My only nit (and it's really small nit) is that I'd like a bit more room on the right side of the frame.

Interesting shot and great fog! I like the muted tones on this quite a bit and how you processed it. Did you try to bring out the mountain a bit more? Perhaps with a radial filter and increase the darks to see how it looks? I'm wanting to see a bit more of it if it's possible.
Curious, did you have a filter on? I ask as a see a tiny bit of vignette in the corners. |

That looks cold Carol! I think your processing conveys cold to me. I think I'd try to crop out some of the water a bit, perhaps a 16x9 or 16x10 as it then brings the eye (mine at least) to the dunes. |

I like this Darcy! I like your limited depth of field. To me, I think it might be good as a square image as the part on the top right, both in the light and the focus point, distracts me a little.
I also like, what I think is the weeds movement, even though you shot at a high shutter speed.
The foreground is dark here, but but I like it this way. Nice job processing it! |

Interesting image Tom. To me, there seems to be a bit too much going on with it and think it might be better cropping some of the top off (sky is not remarkable) and the bottom, around the mid fence. As it's framed right now, I think the pathway on the left is cut off a bit too much.
I like the clouds moving up from the mid left of the frame to the top right.
I like your discovery of it being used for a film! |
