I really like the soft light of the sunrise. I like how you captured the retreating wave leaving the foreground lines. I agree with Ed that there's a bit too much foreground, maybe if the lines going out were a bit stronger it might help, or next time, get a bit lower to try to get a reflection of the land?
I think you've processed it nicely. |

Ed, I like the lines leading you through the image. Minor things, to me, the sun spots on the roadway are a tad to bright and my eye gets stuck there, same with the one through the tunnel. I think that I also might help to darken the top a bit as well to further bring the focus to the covered bridge. |

Really nice composition Jay. I like the balance of the blossoms on the left leading to the temple.
In addition to what Ed mentioned about the blossoms looking a tiny bit over, perhaps crop the sky out a bit? I'm not sure it adds much to the composition. |

Really nice lines Darcy! I prefer the original sky a bit more than your final image, I like that tiny pink hue as well as it's a bit brighter.
I agree with Francois that the top doesn't add to the impact and think cropping it off would make it a stronger image. |

Hi Tom,
I agree with Francois and Ed. It's a nice silhouette and nice colors in the sky, I think that if you were to add a some filters to the left water and lighten a tiny bit, it would help balance it a bit more.
Maybe try cropping it to a 16x9 might help a bit as the foreground doesn't add much to the image. |
