Welcome Francois! I just read your bio and WOW, thrilled to have you in Group 93 and looking forward to your comments!
I find the light on the left rock with moss on it quite nice. I'm guessing that it didn't right he right rock naturally, but wonder if you might be able to lighten it a bit to frame the falls itself just to add a bit more depth.
Curious, what was just above the falls/rocks?
Lastly, how cold was the water? Waders on? Or just standing in it? |

Ed, I think you did a good job with the color processing. The raw (as always), looks a bit flat/dull and maybe a tad underexposed? Nice job with your adjustments.
I think it would be helpful to darken the background a bit more to highlight the driftwood a bit more. I can't recall I f you use LR, if so, perhaps select the object (or subject) and invert that mask. Or even a vignette around it, just to make it punch a bit more. |

We all get that sometimes! Hang in there and just continue to go out and shoot! Or review some older images to get inspiration or to think about how you might do it differently! That helps me when I'm in a shooting funk. |

Thank you Darcy! Would have loved a few penguins on the ice :) but you take what you get! |

You succeeded with the silhouette! And I like it in B&W. I appreciate the movement of the gondola.
To me, there is a bit too much foreground, I don't think it add much ro your image. |

Interesting framing Jay. Reading how you processed it and framed it makes sense to me. However to my eye, the foreground is bit too busy and distracting to me.
I think I'd try to crop it just above the sign on the right. I like the steeple popping out of the trees. |

Nice job on the color processing Darcy. I like what you did with it. I think I'd try to lighten the path up a bit as well to move the eye through the frame.
I like how you framed this, it's well balanced on each side. |
