93 Sep 24 Reply Thanks Neil! I may revisit processing the color version as I was thinking B&W the entire time and haven't touched it Sep 17th
93 Sep 24 Reply Thanks Darcy, what to you mean by too harsh? Too dark? Sep 17th
93 Sep 24 Reply Thanks Ed! I had never been to this area before and it was gorgeous. I shot this thinking black and white the entire time given the clouds and lighting.
As for dinner, you can always get it after the shoot!

93 Sep 24 Comment Neil, I like the use of fast shutter speed, it certainly does convey the power of the water. As Ed mentioned, I also like how you composed this.

As others mentioned as well, the sunny spots are a bit too hot and distracting to my eye. It feels like a simple fix can be done it's either LR or PS to address. I like the greens and blues, nice job bringing them out

93 Sep 24 Comment Worth the wake-up Ed! I like how the clouds cooperated and didn't block the sun! Sep 17th
93 Sep 24 Comment Paul, I really like the tonal range of this shot. One tiny suggestion, I think I would test darkening the grass in the foreground a bit as well as the path a tiny bit. I feel that that may help keep the focus on the building and might help the graffiti stand out a bit more too.

Curious, what f stop did you use? You have good depth of field.

93 Sep 24 Comment Jay, I love it when you get good luck in a shot.

The leading line of the river, moving through the frame, to the clouds that are also framing the Milky Way sky is great! I like how you processed the river and the sky. At first glance, I too thought the bottom and top were a tad too dark, then thought it was ok, then back and forth a bit more on it and still can't decide.

Nice image!

93 Sep 24 Comment Nice processing Darcy. I too like the droplets and agree with Ed, a little more breathing room at the top would be nice to see. Sep 17th
93 Sep 24 Comment Wow, the colors captured, so nice! You did a great job processing this, from the Milky Way core to the green horizon! I have yet to try a pano Milky Way and am always impressed with people that can do it successfully! Sep 17th
