Thanks Mark and AAHHHH, you're right, it does look a tad off on the shoreline. Thanks for pointing that out! |

Thanks Paul! I'm slowing myself down editing, then sitting on it, then reviewing it to make sure I'm still happy with the results. |

Thanks Ed. I'm glad you like the composition, I kept moving it, trying different angles and then framed to to make sure I had enough room between the top of the branch and the water on each side. I liked a bit of an angle and thought worked. The other thing was that the water was actually moving the branch, it was pretty crazy and something I'll never forget |

Thanks Darcy! There is defiantly potential here and might have straight shots of the mountain on it's own. This was definitely a time to use NDs as the water was so rough. I have to remember to take them without it though to have a different look |

Thank you Jeffrey. I have a few others from this location as well, one with a different driftwood as well as landscape as well. Can't decide what ones I like the best to print! |

Neil, Great find on your drive! My eye stars at the bottom, uses the ridge on the right to the move around the frame. As my eye moves around it sometimes comes back to the bottom right with seems just a tiny bit too light to me. I like the shapes there, but I'd see what it looks like a bit darker.
You did a great job capturing all the different textures here. Curious, what time of day was it? |

Ed, as first I thought this was Japan, but then read your post and saw it is in Oregon! Not knowing where you were standing or what's possible, I'm left wanting to see more of the reflection and foreground. I think I'd clone out the waterspout in the back, or darken it just a bit, it's just a bit too light for my eye. |

great job capturing the foal looking right at you. I haven't done many shots of horses, but they are hard to get in a nice setting and you did just that. The colors balance is spot on as well. |

Nice use of B&W here -- the texture of the peak and the softness the clouds is perfect for it. It looks like it was an amazing experience. What time of day did you shoot this? It feels like this was a bit of side light?
Can't tell that you shot through a window, great job! |

Hi Darcy, I agree with with the other comments. One thing that might make this image work is to perhaps flip it so the water is the top. When I flip it upside down, it kind of works a bit better. |

Jeffrey, I really like the layers between the mist. To me, this is a quiet image if that makes sense. I'm sure it was amazing being there taking it all in.
For me, it's a bit too gray and could use with boosting the white, just a tad. I like your crop that you recently did. I think this image could have a few different compositions in this one shot. |
