Hi Craig, I agree it is a nice capture ,Birds will be more attractive if they have corresponding dynamics, such as foraging, snatch, or flight dynamics. focus on the head and your feathers are very detailed .The background is too exposed and should be reduced a little.I thought. |

What a beautiful scenery, but be careful not to let the dust of the camera destroy it(the sky), the dust removal step is to be done later. |

the small island below reduces the exposure and makes the Milky Way stand out more |

Hi David,
I considered your proposal and gave up too much sky and foreground. I would highlight the main rocks and brighten the layers that pulled out the dark level. I also gave up half of the small rocks in front to make the subject more appealing.
The later pictures are even more amazing |
