Grace, very nice and sharp shot of the penguin - I know how challenging it is to take shots from Zodiacs! I really like how the colors and textures of the bird and the rock merge. |

Hi Isaac Thanks. The crop was not that much, with 500 lens I could get quite a close up (see full shot below).
On feathers, In my screen the detail remains pretty good so maybe I lost sharpness when I kept it at the size for sending it to the group.

So sorry Carol about your accident. Yes it is extremely complicated to deal with shoulder injuries! I see what you mean on the blur, I guess is one of those images that for some works and for some others it doesn't. I will keep experimenting.. |
