Cheryl, The color is indeed gorgeous and I was curious as to what the white detail was. I agree that the different settings you mention might have made it clearer that it is a water droplet. More sharpness would have enhanced the overall image. |

Carol, I really love your photos, some look like paintings. I agree with the word etherial - in that context sharpness becomes a relative criteria I believe. the composition is very pleasing and also the color composition. |

Welcome to the group Mike, I also love the detail - it is almost an abstract. If we interpret it as an art piece I agree sharpness is not such an issue. I am also curious about how much cropping you did. |

John, I agree with the comments of others on the cutting off of the petal. But aside from that I like the image. The petals and the center of the flower seem like they are dancing. The white of the petals is beautiful and textured. The composition is very nice. |

Pat, I really like your image. The light on the wings is very nice and color combination and composition really work for me. Only comment - maybe you could crop a bit of the lower portion that has the blurred purple part. |

Margaret, the flower is very nice and I like the texture of the image. Maybe a tighter crop focusing on the details of the center of the flower might make it more special. |
