Grace, beautiful shot - I had not realized how small this bird is. I love the color combination of the subtle bird colors and the white background. The wing position really gives a sense of movement. I agree on the tight crop but seems you have ample margin to give more space at the top and the bottom. |

Kathy, beautiful blue and a very sharp image. The blurred background works well. To Isaac's point, given that you say that there were many many Palomas flying around maybe you have other shots that show action or interaction while keeping the sharpness and colors. |

Sarita such a wonderful shot. It is so hard to get such clear and crisp shots of a couple's interaction. And beautiful colors too. I agree with Grace's proposed crop. |

Gerry I loved the shot. Seems just like a plane about to land! It is really looking straight at you. I like the blurred background too. |

Gerhard, gorgeous image - I love the red of the face and neck and the clarity of the eye. Very sharp image. Great timing on catching the rat in the beak. |

Isaac great shot, I like the energy of the movement of the flock of 5, their coordination and the blue hue. I agree with Grace on the background being a bit distracting. |

Very interesting image, looks almost like a painting. I do perceive a dreamy side. I agree it is a bit dark and needs more space at the top to show full image and on the sides. I was surprised you used f/22 - were you far away? |

Very interesting image and you had a great idea to convert it to black and white. Shows the beauty of nature with its innate geometrical patterns. It is very sharp.I like Stuart's enhancement. |

Pat, Interesting image. The magic of everyday things comes alive. My eyes were also drawn to the different shapes of salt and pepper crystals. I wonder if a tighter crop of the tomato without the corners would bring the salt and pepper flakes more at the center of the image. |

Stuart, I agree with Cheryl that if the focus of the story is the lady buying flowers it should be more in focus to draw attention to it. Shooting at f/13 I would have thought the lady would be more in focus. The flower in the foreground is however very interesting and it is sharp. I like the colors and texture of it. |

Margaret wow I love it. I actually see it as an abstract image extracted from nature, so do not mind not having the dandelion stand out more. The colors are gorgeous and I really like the texture. You create really wonderful images. |

Thanks Cheryl. It is actually the one in the middle … I picked the one I could get the closest to on the side. |

Thanks Margaret. I agree.. but I really want to practice with 1:1 or more magnification and I realized you end up having to go really close and a full flower does not fit. |

Carol great shot. I agree that the blurry areas actually add to the overall composition - and the butterfly is really sharp. The color combination is really pleasing to the eye. |
