Jerry, I am amazed how sharp the image of the bird in flight is. And even the eye is razor sharp. This looks almost like a painting. Graceful indeed. |

Gerhard, very sharp image. Such interesting combination of colors, I love the blue in the face. I also like that you got a crisp shot of the paw. |

What an interesting image Isaac. I love the interaction between the chick and the parent, and you were skilled at catching the little fish in the beak. Now that I started photographing birds I realize how hard it is to catch them interacting or feeding. |

Kathy, nice and interesting image, as Isaac says, the bird looks curious. I can see how it camouflages. Good shot! I need to visit the Orlando Wetlands - I now live in Miami but have never been there. |

Sarita great image. I love the colors and texture of the feathers and the light shining on them. I also like that the bird looks like it is posing for you - very elegant. |

Thanks for feedback Isaac. I guess I wanted to give an idea of the amazing quantity of birds living in the colony - and indeed it is crowded. Maybe better to stick with focusing on just one bird in the future. |

Carol, very nice image and I love the texture. I like the blurred bottom. Not sure what the bug is but it is pretty sharp given how small it is. |

John, Wow amazing detail. The B&W works perfect. Impressive what iPhones can do these days. How big was the plate? just to get a sense of the detail. |

Stuart, I also think most crystals are sharp and the image is quite suggestive. I would not have guessed it was a leaf. The color contrast is very nice.
(P.S. neophyte question ... how do you know how much magnification you achieved? I have not figured out where to see the number neither in the camera or in Lightroom. Thank you!) |

Pat, I like the abstraction and the color combination, when I saw it I thought it looked like an ameba or a human organ! I had never heard of this technique. |

Margaret, such an interesting image. I really like the abstract effect. I have never used an extreme macro lens - but seems it produces very interesting results! You are an inspiration to try need things... |

Thanks - I was worried that the iPhone would not be good enough. But no way I could carry the macro lens for the Canon R5. |
