Thanks, I will look again at all the photos to see if I have one taken a bit closer. |

Kathy I really like the colors and the green of the worm with the green grass background. I agree that you could denoise/sharpen a bit the bird's head and the worm. |

Hi Sarita I love the image - you really got THE moment! The blue feet holding on to the branch are amazing. I like the blurred background. |

Hi this image is indeed colorful and beautiful. I only wish the little bird were a bit sharper - maybe you can denoise it a bit. |

I like the image very much Jerry, and I like the blurred background. The wings are so sharp. I agree with Leslie that one cannot distinguish what the gull is holding in his mouth. |

Wow Gerhard what a nice image - so much action in one shot. Great that you were able to capture that specific moment with the heron about to land. |

Very nice shot - you caught such expressive face expressions on all 3 of them. I also like the color combination of background stones. |

Thanks Leslie, I see your point. Yes I regret not having had the zoom lens. |

Hi Margaret, I like your image very much - I like that it opens up and as you look at it you discover different colors and other surprises. I also like the black background.
P.S. I am also curious on whether technically a zoom lens (at 200?) image qualifies as a macro shot - would be useful to know when traveling and not carrying the dedicated macro lens. |

Pat, great result! I like the bright color contrast. I need to follow your example and start using my new unopened focus rail... |

Hi John I really like this image and the B&W is perfect. It is very sharp and I love the black background. On a separate topic - would be curious to know how you like the Leica Q for macro shots ( I understand is a fixed 28mm lens? ). |

I also like the color combination and would not have guessed what it was without your explanation. I like the detail of the tiny webs cutting accross. |

I also like the color combination a lot. And I agree result is worth it - although if you wanted to print it out in larger scale might be a bit too blurry. Thanks for the 101 on extension tubes. |
