Thanks all. Here's another effort with a crop, no vignetting, and an effort at sharpening |

An exquisitely beautiful bird well captured. Look at that tongue! All as crisp as possible, at 1/2500. Wish the eye was more open

Very nice shot, composition with elements of 3, more pleasing somehow than even numbers.
Wait…hippos and entrails? I'm eating breakfast here! Just kidding, I'd actually like to see that. |

Racing to get airborne! I imagine that made quite a clamor.
No suggestions. |

Wonderful pic. Would it be possible to revisit this little guy at intervals so you could get pictures as he/she matures? |

Wonderful picture of a bird I'm unlikely to ever see. For submitting. The waves are a bit blurry, probably due to panning and inevitable. There's a bit of haloing under the bird?? |

I think it's beautiful, and it's hard to make a wood stork beautiful! Agree the lower wing edges are a bit of a negative. What's a beamer? |

Yes, the image is not centered. Otherwise it's a pretty place. Church interiors are a favorite of mine and this looks like a lovely sanctuary.
Of course modern sensors have a wide dynamic range, but I still think HDR images of church interiors are fun, particularly if there's a lot of color from the stained glass windows on the sides. Those "vents": they are way huge. Could they be some sort of (obsolete) sound transducers, or pipes, for an organ that is not visible within the sanctuary? |

I like the preservation of the sumac leaves in the middle of the image (Bob's) the best. I wonder how an image like this would come out with a "real time" spin of the camera with a slow shutter speed…. |

I like your edit: an improvement for sure.
Yes LensBabys are quirky for sure. I think their entire "raison 'd etre" ( did I spell that right?) is to create that dreamy look. I learned about this from Kathleen Clemons flower photography on the internet. Her website is worth a look.
Thanks! |
