I would see a shot of the same subject with 400 mm. I think making the elephant a bit larger, would make it more visible in the picture.
It must be a great adventure to see such a scene in real life! :) |

I also saw the metal pipes at first. I thought it was done in a zoo, where some artificial objects are placed.

I think I would cut a little bit from the top, to make the top 3rd a bit more similar in size to the below stipes.
I really like this kind of composition. Well structured and comforting for the eye.
Less highlights in the middle stripe would probably make more attention to the animal.
Compared to the tree, for me it feels like that the bull is so small and adorable. I think it is also the effect of the telephoto lens. |
