Hi Carl. Love the composition and the textures in the image. I am not sure if I am struggling a bit with the HDR effect or whether it is the Bit of sepia toning. Either of them do not seem to fit 100% for me |

Paul, this is the kind of B&W image that just grabs you when it comes up. Lovely conversion. 100% the correct image to do in mono and generally just a love image |

Hi Ed. This is interesting. I can see the journey. The details of the individual pieces of driftwood does get lost a bit because they are smaal in the overall frame. It is all about their shapes and textures and that gets lost. I also think the middle ones is the odd one out. However, would I hang this on my waal. Absolutely. |

I love the mood in the image with the storminess and fog. Compositionally I think tilting the camera down a bit to show the whole of the rocks at the bottom and less sky in the top right might improve the composition |

Dawn, lovely image and combination the two exposure. I think the sky is maybe a bit too bright top right. This can be fixed with content aware file in Photoshop. See an example attached - not my best work, but I think you will see the effect. In general I love the image, the suggestion is really a bit of a nit pick on my side but I think it can be even better than it is. Lovely image |
