Hi Marilyn, Great capture of this osprey and its lunch! I appreciate the way that the bird is positioned in the frame, looking straight at you, and the pose of its wings. The detail and the sharpness are also commendable. My only suggestion would be regarding the vignetting, I find it a bit strong and too dark, giving the image an unreal look.

Hi Xiao, Congratulations on this image! You have captured the bird in a beautiful pose and composition, framing it nicely with the leaves. The blurred background and tonality create a pleasing separation between the bird and its environment. Well done!

Hi Jack, A great moment captured in this image! Your chosen point of view and crop enhance the image, concentrating the attention on the birds and showcasing their interaction nicely. My only suggestion is to give them a bit more room at the top, since you have enough space. Additionally, it appears that the image could benefit from a slight straightening.otherwise, a fantastic shot!

Hi Richard, how fortunate you are to live so close to an area where you can admire this birds in their environment. Congratulations on this image that conveys the details of the environment and the breeding season, showcasing these beautiful birds and their interactions. My only suggestion is to reduce a little the warmth in the colours a little, as it gives me the feeling of the Fall season rather than Spring.

Hi Brad, thank you for you kind comment, The car's shape is a result of kind of transformation to adapt the perspective to the image. I understand that it is not entirely correct, but as you mentioned, it adds a touch of unreality that transforms it into an artistic interpretation.

Hi Brad, congratulations on creating this version of the famous painting. You have nailed it, blending your daughter's portrait into Leonardo's masterpiece in a fantastic way. I also appreciate your background version, I think it works very well, concentrating attention on your beautiful daughter even more. The detail of the painting nails give to the scene a modern touch, but in my opinion, it could be a little more subtle. It is a wonderful present, I am sure your daughter will enjoy it.

Hi Alan, you have created a subtle narrative open to different interpretations. The body language suggest to me the idea of the strangers crossing paths rather than conveying the emotion of a mother seeing his son return home after some time. I appreciate the Brad's version, where removing the houses allows the figures to capture all my attention. In your version with the houses, I find some issues with the level of sharpness that competes with the human figures. for example, the old lady appears overly sharp in comparison to the house behind her, giving her an unnatural look like as if she's pasted there.

Hi kirsti, lovely experimentation. The colours and shapes contrast nicely against the black background, resembling little butterflies flying around the light in the night. You did a great job enhancing the colours and recovering the lights in post-production. My only suggestion is about the left lights it looks that this area have less definition and sharpness

Hi Aavo, I am captivated by your imagination in creating this image. I particularly appreciated the use of the oval shape as a frame, and the tonal range of colours works well. My only suggestion is regarding the hands, in my opinion, the contrast in colour between the main stem and the green that simulates leaves give them the appearance of being pasted instead of growing from the stem.

Hi Peggy, I'm drawn to the way that you have created this image. I really like the framing you've chosen for the bird and how it focuses attention on the swan.
I agree with Alan and Brad's suggestions, and I also prefer the first version. I find that in the second one, the bubbles and the extended background draw too much attention.

Hi Dick and Melanie, I followed your suggestions of removing the blurred petal and rotating the image. I also tried flipping the image, but I didn't like how it looked in this orientation, so I returned it to the initial position.

Hi Melanie, following your explanation, I realise how valuable experimentation and playtime with our images can be. Sometimes it seems like that nothing is working, and then a simple twist reveals all the beauty of the image. In this case, your conversion to black and white gave this flower the strength necessary to turn it into a beautiful image that deserves to be showcased.

Hi Diana, How nice to see your progression and improvement! This image is delicate, at the same time, it showcases all of the features of this beautiful Chrysanthemum. I appreciate how you have created a colour vignetting around the flower. My only suggestion is about of the cropping. I would like to see more space on the top and a little less in the lateral sites. I also agree with Melanie and Dick's suggestions about rotating the flower.

Hi Dick, This is a fantastic image of the rose. The detail in colour is stunning, and you have manage the light in a masterful way preserving all the details. The isolation with the background enhances these details even more. What I particularly like is the placement of the petals, layering and framing the rose beautifully.

Hi Isaac, I have never been to Africa, and I hope one day it will be possible for me to observe all those animals myself
I appreciate the way that you have isolated the yawning zebra from the crow. The Light is very well managed, and the differences in colour and tonality frame her perfectly. Like Bruce I also appreciate the amount of detail you included for the wildebeest.

Hi Adrian,
I agree with Bruce; the eyes of the baby are beautiful and create a good visual connection with the viewers. It's a pity that the mother was looking away. You managed the high contrast in the background quite well, and I can see your efforts in darkening the white highlights. I would suggest creating a tight crop to concentrate even more on those beautiful eyes.

Hi Bruce, thank you for your nice comment. I took this photo last May when I was in Spain. The flower is a wild flower that grows spontaneously in some areas, and it seems to be the bumblebees' favourite

Hi Bruce, what caught my attention in this image is how well you managed all the parameters to freeze the bird, getting it so sharp in a nice light with a beautiful, blurry, colourful background. The contrast between the bird's colour and the pinks in the background works so well, isolating the bird and making it pop even more. Well done!
