Hi Kirsti, I really like your darkening it absolutely match the moonlight. I agree with the crop that you made cropping-off treetops, it gives the right proportion to the image. I congratulate for this final image, it looks fantastic. |

Hi Peggy I observe the progression of your image and I really enjoy the process and the discussion about the different alternatives. I certainly agree with the suggestions and I found that this latest version with a smaller planet and more glow in the highlights really enhance the image. You have done a very well ending up with a more mature and shocking image. |

Hi Christian, thanks for your comment. Brushes are not very complicate to create and it is good to have your own ones if you are using your images in a competition. |

Hi Aavo, the smoke is from the image that I attach. I isolated the smoke and created a brush then with the help of the transform tool I scaled and gave shape |

Hi Brad, you have created a fascinating image this month. the flower is so well integrated in the model that looks like part of her face and the different colours create the illusion that is an eye. A success image in my opinion, well done!

Hi Alan, i like your image and the disequilibrium that you have created between the characters, shadows have created the dimensionality in this scene and the colour framed perfectly the main character. Well done! |

Hi Kirsty, you have created nice image to illustrate your story I like the blue tone in the trees and I agree with the idea of placing more lanterns. My only concern is the luminosity of the women clothes, I found it a little bright for the night scene I suggest you adjust it according with the light of the lantern darkening a bit the right site of the women |

Hi Aavo, you have created a very dynamic image placing this colourful dancing ladies. you full-filled well the scene with the players in the windows, the boy is a little out of scale.
I agree with the Peggy's suggestion about the colour in the skirts and I find that the musicians are more sharpen than the dancers, you might add a little blur to them. Well done! |

Hi Peggy, many thanks for your detailed explanation about how you had created this image.
The textures and the colours are fantastic and create a surreal background that match with your idea. I like more the version with the tilted planet. If I can suggest something maybe I will darken a little the planet I found that it has too much luminosity. Beautiful image a nice story. Well done!

Hi Russell, you have a good eye to find this little ladybug, it introduce a very nice colour contrast to the image.
I agree with the suggestion of the cropping and also I particularly don't like the black vignetting maybe you can feather it a little. Beautiful image. |

Hi Jodi, I like your flower, the detail of the stamen and the pollen are fantastic due the conditions of the shooting.
Yellow flowers turn very well to black and white. You have done a very good job isolating the flower from the background. Well done |

Hi Melanie, I also love this technique that creates a blurry colourful background framing the main subject. I like your composition but I agree with the suggestion of cropping, your colours work very well and the addiction of more pink complement the image. Beautiful image. |

Hi Diana, your Rose is gorgeous, love the colours and the details in the petals. If I can suggest something I would extend the background as I find it a little to tide creating the feeling of a Rose in a cage and as the other members suggested the white background is taking to much attention, you might change the colour or place a texture. |

Hi Fran, I love your Tulips. The image has beautiful tones and a sense of movement in your diagonal composition. I also like to take close up with the long lenses.
Your texture works very well with the image creating this romantic look. I agree with the cropping suggestions but I also like your composition that introduces more deep to the image. |

Hi Isaac, you have captured the osprey in the moment when she is starting its flight but it still has one of its claws attached to the branch wit a nice wing display. The clean background and the colour made the perfect frame to this image that is pin sharp and tell us the history of the Osprey feeding behaviour. It is a very well captured image. |

Hi Marie, You have capture this scene in a wonderful way, as you manage the highlights very well. I love your initial version more as it retains the texture of the ice, talking more about the environment of the shot.I have Been a spectator of this
behavior more than once, the seagull plays with its capture for a long time, picking up and dropping its fish repeatedly. |

Hi Barbara, I like the subtle colours of this image and the group the birds. I miss a little more interaction between them and I agree that it is not a point where your can rest but anyway I still liking it. I might suggest a more panoramic crop it will help to focus more in the birds. |

Hi Bruce, I feel a great admiration for this bird and for your image. You have captured the moment when it is about to fly and the detail of his claws and the expression of his face are two very important elements of this photo. You got a nice blurry background and a sharp eye. It is a stunning image. |
