Many thanks Kirsti, I like the two images too. I was happy with my monster but I agree that it could distract from the idea of the image. |

Many thanks Alan for your comment and your suggestion. I was working in the image removing the effect of the mirror that created the monster. It was fun to put it all together. |

Hi Alan, your inspiration made a fantastic work finding the elements for this composition, I agree with Kirsti about the posture of the man, I really get the feeling of indecision in it. Might the labor could be working a little more in the final touches of the image. I have played a little with the lights and darkening a bit some areas to create a more strong feeling of a night moment |

Hi Kirsti, you have a beautiful idea putting together this portrait and the storm cloud, I think it works very well and the twist of his mouth gives to him another look. I like also the blue tone compliment the image. Well done!

Hi Aavo, great idea and beautiful sunset. I agree with Alan and Kirsti about the bulb might it need a little more of work. I can suggest to you that it need to look more three dimensional. I f you take a look of your original bulb you can find how the light and shadows work. I took it to a fast lightening and darkening and this could give to you and Idea to work |

Hi Al,I usually applied one o more textures that I have in my library and then I play with the different blending modes( screen and soft light are my favourites) and with opacity, I also brush away the excess texture in the areas where I don't want it to look so prominent.
Sometimes I give it one last touch in Topaz studio where a low opacity impression filter was also applied.
When I apply textures to my flower images I am looking for a soft background colour and no for a strong texture. |

Hi Russell, Your image is beautiful. The colours complement very well one with other and your composition is nice. I can suggest something to improve it may I flip horizontal the image and to create a little more separation between the flower and the background you can add a gaussian blur to soften the background. |

Hi Mary, your image is a great capture of the Grand Canyon, you were very lucky with the light and your editing enhance it so well. It's been almost twenty five years since I made a trip to the Grand Canyon and your image brings back happy memories of that trip. |

Hi Adrian, your image of this bufflehead is beautiful, lovely angle and reflection and you have the plus of the water drops.
I agree with Isaac that you can recover some detail in your highlights and also I suggest dark a little the reflection to give more importance to the duck

Hi Marie, I love waterfalls and I really enjoy your image. I think you have captured it very well considering your position and the sunny day. I love the mist on the top and the smoothness in the water. I think that you did a great job capturing it. Personally I found that the better days to capture waterfalls are the cloudy ones as you can play more without the strong light contrast of the sun |

Beautiful capture Barbara, love the interaction between the tree alligators, the light is beautiful and my only suggestion is about if you can illuminate a little more the three boys to get more separation with the background. |
