Thanks Peggy for your comment and suggestions. As Alan and Brad said it is not necessary the inclusion of the pelicans to complete the image and I will consider to remove them and focus my attention in the trees.

Thank you Alan for your comment, I can see now that a simple composition it is more visually effective. As cropping a bit the foreground the focus is directly on the trees reenforcing the feeling of winter and the shy heat of the sun in the bare trees. |

Hi Brad,
I really like the way that you have put these images together, your attention in the proportions and edges paid off in the final result.
I agree with Peggy about the hand, I suggest you to use the levels to blend it with the light of the rest of the image. Otherwise I consider that your have manage this image in a simple but effective way, I congratulate you for it. |

Hi Alan,
You have created a fantastic image that transports us to a fantasy world where nightmares play with reality.
I agree with Peggy about the piece that emerges from the trap door, it doesn't work for me either. I thing it is because of the angle that you used when placing it.
I also like it as a trap door with out chess piece.
I thanks you also for your detailed descriptions about how you have created your images and the techniques that you use.
I can see that this idea can result in multiple different compositions and I understand that it is a project in progress |

Hi Peggy,
I agree with Brad and Alan about how magistral you have develop your images using a peal paint, I really get the feeling of the sailing boat in a rough sea I can also feel how the boat is fitting agains the wind.
I congratulate for your image and invite you to continue exporing new compositions of the series "A peal boat in a rough sea" |
