Very interesting abstract which I would not know what it is without your description. But, I don't think descriptions should be necessary, we should take the image as is, like or not. This has great tones and the bright whites still show detail as seen in the corners. All the shapes lead the eye to the circles which become the main subjects. A strong image. |

I agree with the white boarder, including the window frame would obliterate the ice as it is about half an inch tall. |

The lighting and his pose are great. The catchlights in the eyes pulls the viewer right where you want them.
Other than a stroke around the edge, I would not change a thing. |

Good tones, details and sharp focus. The blur works to put strong focus on the lions head.
Other than a stroke around the edge and maybe a vignette, I would not do more to it. |

This is a story of an elderly woman looking lonely and sad while everyone around is busy shopping or or just walking around. The tones, detail and contrast are strong. The DOF is enough to slightly blur the background to make the subject stand out from the rest.
Don't think I would change anything. |

An interesting image with the tracks as a leading lines into the cart. The sepia is a good choice, not sure I would go that much though. There is good detail and the tones and texture are very good.
Not sure if the intension was for the DOF to be flat or if that's a result from the phone but it appears too flat for me. I would prefer some definition between the cart and the building. |

This works great as a B&W, sharp contrast and detail. The tonal shades are strong amp the DOF works well to bring out the forward leaves and butterfly, they almost look 3D. The butterfly is definitely a great addition with strong interest and impact.
I don't think I see anything more to do to this image. |
