I think if you click on the images to make them larger, more detail can be seen in the bird along with a catchlight in the eye. I believe the focal point was on the bird, could be wrong though.

I have been here a few times, an interesting place. A good shot for that long ago, wide without the walls leaning in. It has good DOF and tones. It tells a story, at least to me having been there. Viewed large on my computer screen it feels like being there.
I took into Lightroom and brought down the highlights, raised the shadows and added a little texture and clarity. Really makes it pop. |

Interesting, looks like a kaleidoscope in a way. I think the B&W works best. It has higher contrast, lights and shadows, and details. It is well balanced with equal weight in all directions. Feels like I am looking straight up and like I might fall over. Very nice. |

Great impact and interest. The offset path leading into the image on the left works well to pull the viewer in then leaving them looking at the sculpture. The falling snow is an added bonus. It is good to look back at old photos sometimes. |

A very strong Image, great interest and impact. The horse and rider are sharp while the horses legs and background are blurred showing great movement. This is a winner. I think both the B&W and color are just as strong.
I see nothing to change. |
