Just saw Jerry's comment about doing 4K video and harvesting single images. I started doing that for birds, it is difficult to catch birds while shooting single or even burst shots, but using 4K video I am able to get some very good action/flight shots. |

I agree with Jerry, for me if I concentrate on the image it feels like being there.

They are not easy, I find that when you find one sitting, stay there, they tend to return often, then you can be ready when it does. |

Thanks for the comments. I find it difficult to get these macro type shots with the subject in full sharpness as in the left wing, without also getting the background in focus, still working on that. There may be a little pixelation in the background as the crop was a bit close. |

Knowing more about why it was taken and for what helps to understand. Thanks |

A great move from the standard vantage point. It has a good first impact and interest. I think it works well and shows great action and tells a story. The crop for me is a bit too tight, would like to see a little more of the camels as I think they may be the main subject. I tend to feel the emphasis is more on the people in the background and not so much on the camels, probably because the camels are muted and the people very well lit. Still a strong image. Maybe take out the item in the top right corner. |

I like the composition and the tones in the image. The lighting in the B&W looks a little harsh and there is lost detail. To make it stand out from the black background it helps to add a thin stroke around the image. |

It does look like they are holding hands so I had to look closer before reading your notes. It is a very strong image with good impact the dog is a great added bonus. The tones, contrast and detail are very good. The position of the men works well to pull the viewer into the image. I might lighten the dog a bit to put more attention on it, I did not see it until I read the description. The wall could maybe be toned down with the Adjustment brush. |

I find the lighting, shadows and highlights to be very strong with strong impact. The image overall tells a story for the viewer to determine for themselves. The B&W version works much stronger than the color. Great shot. I would only recommend adding a stroke to make it stand out from the background. |

A very mystic/magical feel as if she is a ghost in the woods. The post process works great to pull her out of the surroundings and make her stand out. Good texture and lighting in the tree. I think the blur added also helps tp man her stand out. |

I can feel the speed and tension of the racer. Great catch with the background blurred to show the action. Good contrast and very sharp. Only would like a little more room for him to move into. |
