25 Feb 25 Comment As Jennie says above, the orange edges to the clouds area good point of interest, especially as they make a pleasing colour-contrast with the blue sky. The foreground trees give the image depth - they could maybe be a little sharper, but that's only a minor point I think, as the main focus is on the sky & clouds. Feb 19th
25 Feb 25 Comment I think you've done a good job warming the tones, which have made it look like a good sunset. The birds are sharp enough I think - difficult to do given the lack of light. I like the balance (for want of another word), as there seems to be something to look at in all parts of the image. I particularly like that the cranes are just above a bank of clouds. Feb 19th
25 Feb 25 Comment After a long period of dull weather where I live the vibrant colours in this image have really cheered me up! I think that the people on the towpath give the image scale, and I like the composition as it draws the attention to the lock gates. Feb 19th
