Hi Quang. Thanks for your review. The sky is the processed original. Fortunately, I could bring it alive. |

Hi Trey.
You are correct. The bottom left corner reflections should have been should have been darker, because that how it would have been. Reflections are normally darker. When I contemplate a Billabong it encompasses the surrounding shoreline as well as the water. The subject of the image was the complete billabong with foliage, rocks and water. Once the dry season starts these billabongs jump out of the landscape as everything around becomes dry and withered. I wouldn't crop this image it shows the overall beauty of the billabong. The sky is not a replacement; it's the processed original. Perhaps I Could have darkened the water area where it was vaguely reflected a little more. Noted on tech specs I will when I can. |

Thanks for your comments Mark. The crocs cannot access the Billabong. It's on the escarpment at the top of the waterfall, which is probably 60 meters high. |

Sanat you've edited this well for colour and clarity. A panoramic crop could be worth considering by taking a slice off the bottom. After that I would then clone out the dark patch of rocks that appears on the edge at middle left. A panoramic view leaves us with all the snow on the mountains which to my taste adds more interest.
Looking at your existing crop it would be improved by leaving more room on the left so the lake isn't being "squeezed" at the left hand side. |

You have been able to bring this image to life in your processing and the composition with the road takes our eye right into the image. The white fence creates interest with its bold presence. |

Nice composition Trey you saw it well. Its hard to tell when the maximum image is 1mb but the trees on both sides in the foreground look a little soft. Maybe some sharening would help? If the focus in these areas is not sharp you could consider a focus stack next time around. The distant mist gives an excellent feeling of depth. |

Nice colours Charles. You've successfully punched up the Autumn colouring and made a good choice on cropping. |
