34 Oct 21 Reply Hi Alan. I'll have to work some more with Flood to achieve what you suggest but well worth a look at in a future image. Oct 31st
34 Oct 21 Reply Hi Fran.

Thanks. your suggestion would definitely help the depth. Sharper is near, duller or fuzzier is further. Finessing as you suggest improves the illusion. Ah, so many things to remember in the excitement of nearing the end of a long process, but will be worth it.

Thanks for the comment on Lighting, it is something I'll do my best to remember in future.

34 Oct 21 Comment Jan, a well-conceived and executed image. I can see my grandkids wanting to know more about this house. Oct 13th
34 Oct 21 Comment Fran, this took me back to my business years where I had a "pigs can fly" room which was used when we need a breakthrough solution. All ideas were welcomed with no "that won't work" comments accepted. I had a series of carved pink pigs anchored and floating from the ceiling. The final image works well with the trees giving height to your pigs. One minor tweak, if it wasn't deliberate on your part, would be to try spinning the top left-hand pig so it was travelling in the general direction of the pack. If you want him saying "I've had enough of you guys" then it works well. Oct 13th

34 Oct 21 Comment Candy, I'll definitely get you around to our place when we need stonework done. Your image is well constructed and thought out. Excellent stone reconstruction. I have worked on the lighting a little and depth techniques to try and make the men pop out some more and also with the overall dynamic range balance particularly the R/H side of the stonework which tends to distract as it's quite dark. I also did some puppet warping on the middle column and L/H side of the alcove opening for man on L/H to help with the depth of the alcoves for men. I'll upload my changed image a little later Oct 12th
34 Oct 21 Comment Steve, you're a master of cut out and placement and have created an interesting story. The face in the sky is very strong and decreasing the size with a more subtle placement may strengthen the image. It could be worth trying her as the centre of the sun. Oct 12th
34 Oct 21 Comment Alan, an excellent image capturing that discomfort of the Woman very well. Candy commented on the sky, I agree it needs some work as it doesn't balance with the rest of the image. Maybe a sky replacement with something foreboding but not too dark otherwise the local police will be called out to check if she's Ok. Oct 12th
