Thank you Janice. It looks like by popular demand that the top of the lighthouse needs more detail. I agree, so here is more detail. Thanks Janice and everyone. |

Nice image. I liked Ling Ling's idea so I tried cropping it. I also brought out the clouds. Catherine is correct, there is a lot of chaos here. By the way, I love the blue on the engine. It is the same blue and gold as the Blue Angels flight team. |

Hey Janice. your picture tells a story so you have my attention. I think your original was a bit crowded and your submission was too clean and looked almost staged, or not in a tourist area. So I compromised and took out some of the people and brightened up the faces of the main subjects. Not talking about competitions, I think a lot of the thinking has gone out the window as far are leave this in or take this out. I still have trouble replacing skis, but if it needs to go, it needs to go. Again, with no one in the background, it looked too staged. I liked your story. |

Hey Julie, I like your image. Shooting a ceiling is, to me, someone who wants to be an architectural photographer, is always very hard. I played around with it and got nowhere. I then read the comments and thought Henry nailed it. Bravo Henry! I agree with Andrew that you were not, in my opinion, exactly in the middle of the Chandelier. It is so hard for me to shoot straight up. After I finish my comment, I am going to try to recreate what Henry did, as a learning experience. That is why I am here. |

Hey Julie, I found an image I took inside the door. I think the image I posted in my reply sort of distracted from the image. I think, in hindsight, I would have just removed it and had the area inside the door be just nothing. This photography thing is really hard. |

Hey Julie. Inside the door was a big machine that made the actual light in the light house rotate. I am sorry it did not really, in my opinion, add to the image, but since you could see a little of it, I guess it would make one wonder. |

Hey Henry, you are right. The wind was around 25 mph. Thank you for the kind words. |
