Hey Ling Ling, Julie is correct, you should be very proud of this shot. With the new version of Photoshop, you could add to the right if you wanted. Here we go down the A.I. Rabbit Hole. In my opinion, the glare on the left side on the water could be toned down a little, but I don't think I would mess around with this shot. I would just print it. if you do print it, my suggestion is that you over sharpen it, for the printing. Trust me. |

Hey Henry. A nice preservation of History. I am still torn about sky replacement but it looks natural. I did open the original in Adobe Camera Raw (basicaly Lightroom) and I was able to isolate the sky with an adjustment mask and I was able to pretty much bring back the sky. The interesting thing was that it pretty much looked like the sky you used to replace it, so , I guess there is not issue. I like preserving history and telling stories. Nice job. Also you did a great job of getting everyone to look in the right direction for your shot. Nice. |

Hey Julie, Nice shot. I tried the crop thing but it did not work one way or the other for me. I do agree the original needed to be cropped and straightened. I also put the image into Silver Efex and when I brought it back in, I added a Luminosity Mask of around 50% to just make it pop a little more. Your submission was fine and it reminded me of some street photography I saw from a magazine in New York. You had the right idea. Bravo. |

Hey Ling. If you have not goten to SF yet, please be careful walking around with a camera. There have been many robberies. Thank you for your comments. I do not use Lightroom but I will check the features in Adobe Camera Raw, which is suppose to be just like Lightroom. I just got the New NIK collection of plugins and they have a geometry filter. Thank you for your comments. |

Hey Andrew. Interesting image. I did not see anything to improve on, so I decided to concentrate more on the two people having the discussion. This is just what I do sometimes when I want to see other possibilities. Hope you did not mind. |

Hey Stacey, black and white make all the difference here (my opinion). My sister-in-law does barrel racing and Haru is correct, you got it at the right spot. Everything else seems to be right on. This printed image needs to be on two walls: yours and the former Miss Rodeo America. |

Hey Ed. Nice shot. I think Haru is on to something. I wonder if standing two feet to the right would have helped. These things are hard to judge especially when this is not permanent (or at least it did not sound permanent). I also wonder if there is someway to use any of the background to make this more, self-explanatory. it looks more like sand in the original. If the image was on a wall with no explanation, it might make a difference. Anyway, very nice image. |

Thank you Melissa, you have a good point. The building has so may water stains becase it is made of metal, but I do agree it is a distraction. I was hoping it was going to be an interesting stain that might have made the viewer wonder about it. I will try is both ways. Thanks again. |

Hey Giovanna, I agree with Melissa, nice shot. I was not sure what to do with so much sky (or darkness), so I changed the perspective to more of a panorama and cropped in. I clonned out some of the dead grass. This is a cool shot. I hope you don't mind me putting a spin on it. I like the building, so let's make is all about the building. Again, nice job. |

Hey Haru, I really love your fog shots. This one is really good. I did not see anything to change. I do hope you don't mind that I gave it a little "antique" look. I still love your shot and probably would not change it, unless I was going to print it and put it in my guest room full of antiques. Nice shot again. |

Hey Melissa, Cool shot. I wonder what they were looking at. I "punched it up a bit, but only a bit. Your take was fine. I assume you shot this in captivity. I have a good zoo nearby and a great zoo in San Francisco. Maybe I will try it. I punched it up in Adobe Camera Raw (same as Lightroom) and then opened it in Nik Silver Efex Pro. It's all about the Contrast and Tones. The guy on the left reminds me of my Uncle. |
