I also like the color version though the B/W makes the horse stand out. Perhaps blurring out the crowd would put more emphasis on the horse? |

Interesting. Like Al, I recognized the rock right away. Looking at the original, I wonder if letting the clouds be darker would enhance the rock more? |

I like the composition and close-up. Very nice. I also like the original. I cropped it down some. |

That's what I was expecting. The areas around her shoulders is probably what you intended for the entire image. |

I think this is one of your best images. I love the white vignette. To be picky-perhaps that dead part of the leaf could be removed and that part of the background be toned down a little. |

I agree with Mike on all his comments. Also, I feel the black background does not do the image any favors especially since she has black hair. The area around her shoulders and arms seem to have a slight portion of the background or some sort of halo effect. |

I like the "over-sharpened" look. To me, it makes the image really stand out. |

It wasn't the colors that bothered me - it was the straight lines. Would have liked to see a few indentations to make it look more like the leaves. |

Perhaps - but that's the way it leaned. :) |

Very nice! The wings on the bee are just "not sharp" enough to see the flutter. The background is well done. I just wish the main flower was more in focus. |

Very interesting. Worth the effort it took. There is a little blue something at the bottom of the mandala that perhaps could be removed? To be really picky - on the outer portion, the green parts at 1&2 o'clock, 7&8 o'clock, 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock have edges that don't look natural. They seem to be straight like they were cut out instead of natural like the grassy type leaves in the originals. |

Stunning image! The texture and vibrance certainly stand out. Nice job. (Still would like to see a light stroke to set it off from the black background. |

Interesting. I'm assuming this is the original or close to it? Aren't Calla Lilies usually white? Where does the pink come from? As an abstract I think it's nice. Can you say what the assignment was that lent to this image? Thanks. |

Another great capture from you. Love your backgrounds. For me, I'm finding my eye going back and forth between the main flower and the bud. I'm not sure if I want the bud to be even more blurred or blended into the background or if I want to see it more prominent. The light stroke sets the image off nicely. |

Nice effects with the Swirly Strokes. I like the way it shows the light coming through the petals. To be picky, in taking in the entire image, my eye gets drawn to the lower right and lower left. Perhaps the bud on the left and the leaves on the right could be removed? |
