80 Dec 25 Comment Took the liberty to try making a rather stark image out of the original.
In PS, Selected subject which picked up the flower (after cropping to get the other items out). Then created another file filled in black. Moved the selection over to the black file and added the stroke.		 Dec 16th
80 Dec 25 Comment I'm going to disagree with the stem. In the original, the stem leads to another flower. To me, it seems awkward to see the top stem coming out without seeing what it leads to.
I do like the coloring and sharpness of the image. Even the little hairs on the stem are sharp. Nice job overall.		 Dec 16th

80 Dec 25 Comment I like the colors and the sharpness of the center. I sort of find my eye distracted to the outside where it's out of focus because it seems brighter to me. It is a nice image though. Dec 16th
80 Dec 25 Reply I'm going to agree with Ingrid about the browning. At first glance the way it's lit has me looking at the front of the flower so the back part isn't as noticeable but it's still there. I still like the image though. Dec 16th

80 Dec 25 Comment Very interesting. It almost looks like it's a painting. For me, I find it a little hard to focus on the mushrooms. My eye goes all over the image from their being an even number rather than an odd number - to the upper portion of the image. I would like to see the top toned down so it doesn't stand out so much. 80 Dec 25 Comment Nice work. I like the textured look you've given this image. I would like to see the stem of the main flower though - maybe lighter or less texture? For me, the background seems to compete a little with the main flower. Perhaps toning down the flower buds in the background? Maybe removing the one in the top left? Dec 4th

80 Dec 25 Comment I agree that the original looks like it's sitting on top of a water texture. I don't know what you could do with the final but to me it appears like the water isn't "natural" with the flower. It seems too heavy on the lower left of the flower. Perhaps make that more opaque and adding some drops instead? Dec 4th
