22 Nov 21 Comment I agree with Joe about the white spots. It's not my type of artwork but you've done a decent job with making an abstract image.
In the past, we have not permitted images that were not your own work. For the purpose of experimenting, it might be okay. It would be better to do the experiment on a person where you have done the photo.
Are you still using Elements? Time to move into PS. :)

22 Nov 21 Comment Very nice. Colors are great and I like the various rectangle pieces. Nov 13th
22 Nov 21 Comment Maybe it's because I'm left handed but I rather like the direction the sheep are going. :)
I like the background and foreground and did a little enhancing on them as well and a little brightening on the sheep.
As the dog is not in motion, my title would be: Hey, come back here. LOL.
Nice peaceful scene and good choice of lighting.

22 Nov 21 Reply The Neural Filters are really interesting. I think it's the way the filter treated the pumpkin. I didn't do anything to it other than the filter. After I looked at it online, it did look a little strange. Almost like the pumpkin was going bad. Nov 8th

22 Nov 21 Comment I agree with Joe on the "life". It does seem a little bland. I do like the way you have depicted the scene. I'm going to agree and disagree about the pipes. I agree that they take the eye out of the scene and perhaps a stroke on the image would contain that. I disagree as I think it's part of the story. Without them I just see 4 women on a CAT.
I'm seeing some haloing around the women - especially the one on the left. I like the muted tone of the background in the original and would like to see the final a little darker.
Overall it shows you can take an image that would probably be a toss and make it into a nice image. Good work.

22 Nov 21 Comment The colors are brilliant and eye-catching. I agree with Joe on the left edge. Even in Joe's re-work I think there needs to be a little more on the left and even at the bottom.
What bothers me is that the sky seems to have gotten noisy and some spots are showing up that look like sensor dust especially on the center left side and the upper right corner.
This might be a good one to try the masking in LR or PS and add a third parachute? My eye bounces back and forth with two.

22 Nov 21 Comment I like the colors in the image especially the red and green on the front pear. I'm in agreement with Joe about the sharpness. I'd like to see all three sharp since they all make up the image. The cut pear idea sounds interesting too. Good try and keep working on this type of image.

Perhaps we could do still-life or table top for one of our themes next year?

22 Nov 21 Reply Personally I think cropping more from the right would make the pumpkin more centered and the frost was more my intention.
Perhaps if I had called it "Frosted Fall Scene"? :)
