22 Jan 21 Comment I like this idea and the way you've brightened up the image. I think the white rods detract from the subject so I've removed them using the healing brush and some cloning. Jan 11th

Interesting idea and I agree with Kaylyn about the cropping. Perhaps leaving in the piece of the faucet and the knob? The original is almost a sepia tone but I like the black and white version better.

22 Jan 21 Comment It's a very pretty scene and nicely done. That said, I feel it's a nice image for a wall but I don't feel it would stand up well in a competition as it seems to lack a strong subject to me.
I tried taking out the white fence but I did like the brown one. I cropped off the bottom and right side some as well.		 Jan 10th
22 Jan 21 Comment I agree about the background. By blurring it, it makes my eye go to that area even more. I would concentrate on the reflection and if blurring the background, I would like to see the rope and the stacks in focus as they are part of the boat. I think the red objects are part of the other boat. Now if only the charter boat had set sail, it might have been less distracting in the background. :) I like Joe's version for an artsy version.
