Well done. I sort of feel the greens in the foreground could be a little less saturated. I agree with Peggy and Jerry about the water. It looks like a cloud was passing over which kept the falls from possibly being blown out. Very pretty. |

I'm going to agree with Al. If I was judging this as a competition shot, it would be an average "record shot". If there were maybe three sunflowers facing you with the roof in the background, it might work. Here there are just too many plants and it looks kind of like weeds. Nice try at the capture but I feel it just isn't a strong image. Maybe a little "stylizing"? |

Very nice. The composition looks great to me. The only negative comment would be about the white sky as it's taking my eye away from the rock. Might be an interesting "sky replacement" opportunity. Great job out of the camera though with the lighting you did have. |

I agree with Jerry on the depth of field. More than the background flowers, I'm a little bothered that only the pistle and stamen are sharp and the rest of the flower has varying degrees of focus. This might make a good subject to try focus stacking with - taking several shots at varying depths of field and then combining them so all is sharp. I'd like to see the background toned down and blurred even more to focus on just the flower. |

Wow - what a thrill it must have been to witness this eclipse. Nicely done showing the different phases. I agree with Al - should be a classroom poster. Great job! |

It is very well done. I would like to see more of the purple flowers at the bottom. I think this would raise the butterfly up into the top portion of the frame and take it out of the center. |
