I agree with the comments on the blacks though BW was a good choice. Very good photojournalism image as it tells a story. I wonder what the ending really was - or is it as David mentioned, a homeless person's possessions. Leaves the viewer thinking. Great job. |

This is one of those times where dead center really works. I love the detail of this and the inner stroke. Very nice job. |

As a pilot, I'm attracted to plane pictures. I like what it's portraying as David mentioned...leaving. I hope you don't mind that I took a stab at my version. I used Topaz AI Gigapixel to get more sharpness and then Topaz Adjust to bring out the sky as well as reversing the direction of the plane. |

I agree with Al about the white frames. Perhaps burning them in a little would make it not so prominent. I like the orange ones being in the "power point" of the grid. |

Here's the red door plus I cropped a little right and top and changed the brightness of the trees. |

Technically I told the others it had to be one color but I know you only use LR. Would have looked like a funny flag with only one color. In the conversion, it looks to me like you lost the texture in the wooden door frame. I'd also like to see more contrast in the clouds. Perhaps that's not possible in LR? |

This is a great conversion. You've taken a rather static shot of the tiger and made it into a real eye catcher. To be very, very picky, I see a spot on the right side long whisker that looks like it could be removed. It isn't as visible on my laptop as it was on my desktop monitor. This one should be entered in a competition. |

I like what you've done with the phone booth. As Mike says, it really pops. What I'm wondering is whether the background could be burned in some. Maybe it looks like a spotlight, I'm not sure. It just seems a little light behind the booth to me. The BW conversion brought out the texture in the bricks of the bridge and also the sidewalk. The shadows add to the image as well. Good job. |

Oh nice, Mike...yes a red door would be neat.
I think I'd like to see a little more contrast in the BW or perhaps dropping the exposure. The brightness takes my eyes away from the door. |

Hi Beverly,
Thanks for visiting our group. You can do it in PS by using the technique I used in my image - layer of the colored version and a BW layer and then mask and brush to reveal the one color. |
