22 Sep 17 Reply I'm going to disagree slightly with Vicki's wanting a separation of the heads. I feel if they separate more, there might be more of a back and forth eye motion which is why two subjects don't really work well. In this case, Peggy has the two dogs on different levels and close together which, for me, keeps the focus in basically one place. Sep 24th

22 Sep 17 Reply Not sure about any catch light rule. There are two catch lights though. I did "enhance" the teeth a little by whitening them some. Agree about the nose highlights. Sep 19th

22 Sep 17 Comment I agree with John about the facial lighting. Overall though, I feel this is a very interesting study. The eyes are so intense. I tried to see what I could do with the lighting and also sharpen the eyes. You have a very nice image here. Good job! Sep 15th

22 Sep 17 Comment Very nice, Peggy. To be very picky - there are a couple of spots around the ears of the right side dog that look like a clipped edge. Perhaps that's the way his ears were trimmed? Otherwise it's a great shot. Sep 15th
