I find both images splendid, but I have more liking for the second one: the colours, the water splashing, the open wings of the duck, the slightly blur background. But I think you did a great job for the first photo: capturing the bird in full flight with the wings extended, the whole body sharp. |

I am in line with what Judith mentioned, but what about adding a slight dark vignette just to give more emphasis to the centre of the image? |

There is a keystone effect which is apparent with the trees in the background leaning towards the centre. Otherwise, it is a nice shot: photographers being photographed! |

Like Hoshedar, I am a novice to light painting. But I have noticed that the orange colour is a bit too harsh. Also, adding a vignette would improve the image. As Paul mentioned, overlapping the different subjects can make a difference. |

I share the comments from Raymond and Murphy. I feel that the colour of the background is not a perfect match to that of the flower. Also the tips of the flower are not sharp. |

I attach a copy of one of the flower-shots. I will try to get the small flowers at the bottom sharper with another session, and use a more appropriate background. |

This is a nice photo with good depth of field, sharpness and colour contrast. As Raymond mentioned above, the green leaves at the left 'spoil the show'. |
