Hi Steve!
I tried to do some processing to the original photo and the result is there. I tried to give more emphasis to the central part of the photo. The white petals were selected with the adjustment brush in LR. The Clarity and saturation were increased. A black vignette was added to the 'outside' part so as to make the central part stand-out. |

Hi Jim! I do not do portraits photography. But I have noticed that the flowers are too bright. So, I have decreased he brightness of that particular area. The green border at the top seems not so horizontal; I have done a little bit of straightening . Gaetan |

Hi Albert!
I understand that the birds were far away from you and that you did some cropping. However, I did one more cropping to focus on the centre egret and did some colour manipulations in Lightroom. The resulting photo is attached. Gaetan. |

Hi Sam! What about placing the man in the empty space to the left? Otherwise, good inspiration. |

Well done except for the pink coloration in the lower third of the photo. |

The background and bottom was almost green and the sun was hitting hard that day. When I darkened the outer part, some green colour surely has reflected on the underside of the flower. The flower is a lotus. |

Although I have been taking pictures since a long time, I now become aware that they were just snapshots. There are details that I often miss out. I imagine that learning is a life-long process.
Sure, these flowers are found n Mauritius at the Pamplemousses botanical garden and I appreciate the adjustments you made. They look better now! Thanks a lot! |
