Hi Joey, The composition cannot be any better, Perfect. I know white birds in most lighting conditions are extremely difficult! I tried to give your egret a little more detail by burning it very slightly. We have family on the coast at Play Hermosa. Great image! |

David, first of all your narrative on the whole challenge certainly ties everything together and was excellent. The three men and the car are tack sharp and their expressions are priceless. Like having front and rear slightly out. Very interesting and well done image! |

Lisa, Wish I could say that I love this image. The upper 2/3 is very colorful and like the vertical/horizontal lines. Love the curve of the table and reflection. The floor under the table bothers me. I took it and put it in photoshop then Aurora and tried about twenty different possibilities. I just don't know? |

Rick, I whole heartedly agree. I did this image for a camera club competition where we had an assigned category called forgotten object. It did ok. Have edited this about 20 ways and not overwhelmed with any of them. Rick thanks for your welcome and your comments. |

Thought the Badlands was supposed to be hot, dry and ugly. My mistake. Your image is tranquil and beautiful. We are fortunate to have a park 5 hours above us in Georgia called Providence Canyon State Park that gives me the same feeling. Your colorization of the rock strata is right on target. Well done. |

Love the Blue Ridge and the Smokies in the fall. We try to get up every other year but it is so hard to hit peak fall foliage. For us the mountain views look just they way you captured them. Alway haze in the distance and a not so amazing sky. Possibly the mountains hold back the cloud formations. Very nice realistic image. |

Max, absolutely beautiful! Wouldn't change a thing. Like the way the small ripples lead your eye to the Sea Stack. This image made me get on google earth and look at Brandon beach area. Breathtaking! 2500 miles from me but definitely on my bucket list now. |

Bob, it looks like you live near the foothills of somewhere BEAUTIFUL! Would agree with Rick that the mid horizontal area needs slight lightening. Feel well soon. |

Beautiful tranquil image Ron. Possibly just me but I felt the image was crooked so I straightened it slightly. Very well done Ron. There a so many beautiful places in our country that the average person doesn't even know about. |

Hi Richard, Beautiful Image! Do you think you could move it to ugly flatland Florida? We have a park in Georgia called Providence Canyon State Park that gives me the same feeling. Only tweak I might make is a light burn on the foreground. A trip like that is definitely on our bucket list. Nice Job Richard. |

Hi Don, Beautiful image! You are really making us work to find a flaw. In my book there are none. If I have to give you one possibility. Not saying better or worse. They say the eye looks at an image lower left to right so I did a horizontal flip. This way your eye enters the image along the farm equipment and stops at the beautiful barns. Just a thought. Either way your image is awesome. |

Mary, I am always experimenting. Hope you don't mind. I put your image in Aurora HDR and I thought this gave it more life and definitely more detail. |

Mary, very nice image. You stopped the horse and your Granddaughter tack sharp perfectly. I know how big and fast horses are! Great positioning of the horse on the jump also. I did tone the paddock down slightly and crop a tiny bit off of the left side so there would be more space in front than behind. I would print this and hang it on my wall if I were you. Well done. |

Bev and Mary, thank you for the kind words. I think I am much better at other kinds of photography. Posing a model and having her look good, I think is very hard. This young lady was runner-up for Miss New Hampshire a few years back. No matter how she moved the images came out super. This image has done very well in several competitions. |

Hi Lloyd, The little girl is absolutely precious and you caught her with an adorable expression! She is exposed perfectly but background really bothers me. I tried many different backgrounds but didn't like any of them. I stayed with your background and made it really dark. Better or worse I just don't know? She still looks like a little princess. Nice job Lloyd. |

Hi Margaret, Super human interest image. I bet he is the son of the lady in the middle and she is saying to herself, "What on earth is he going to say or do now?" The only exception and it may not have been possible, is I wish the lady on the right that her whole hat was in the image. Very nice color, expressions and very interesting. |

Hi Jamie, Eye of the Tiger is A very clever name for this image. The tiger is positioned perfect with a little more room in front of his head and less behind the tail. The leg shadows then the legs lead your eyes directly to the subject. Wouldn't change anything except possibly a little darker. Face is great! Very nice image. |

Hi Bev, Very nice portrait. Nicely positioned, good expression and great eyes! I gather the sun is coming from the top left and causing some hot areas. Tried toning them down. Still a little hot but somewhat better. Also darkened the background. Do you think King Arthur would approve? Nice image Bev. |
