1 Sep 21 Comment This is the most beautiful Kingfisher I have ever seen. Our Kingfishers here in Florida are no where near as beautiful as yours. Image is exposed perfectly and love the slight turn of the head. Might have burned the left portion of the rock slightly. WELL DONE. Sep 5th

48 Sep 21 Comment Lloyd, I like it! I can feel the loud rock music, performers moving radically to the music all over the stage and the crowd involvement. You captured it! Would make a good poster for the band. Sep 11th
48 Sep 21 Reply Bev, I like it a lot more after your improvement. I just don't think it will ever be a competition image. I think I was just too close and there is too much to look at. No real focal point. Good record shot though. Thank for trying. Sep 11th

48 Sep 21 Comment Dear Margaret, Please do not shoot the Photoshoper. I also love Victorian homes with conical roofs / pepperpot or pepperbox turret. (Had to google that!!!). The lower part of the cone bothered me somewhat so I also went into transform and pushed and pulled. Maybe a little better? My wife thought I got a little crazy with the backgrounds but l like them. The dark sky makes it look almost mystical. Sep 1st

48 Sep 21 Comment Dear Bev, you seem to have an abundance of great looking female/ models in your family. Very lucky! Since most judges go right for the eyes, I try to do the same. The catch lights are different sizes so I cloned the left to the right and toned down a little. Also thought the background could be a little more complementary so I tried several. Maybe better maybe not? Sep 1st
