Thank you so much Lance for your comment. I took this picture in color and edit it into Black and White. False editing, I still need more time to learn B&W tones.
Answer your question, "dodging the boat too much was incorrect" because the sun is at the backside of the boat. It was backlighting, so the boat must be a little bit dark.
