Hi Richard, For me the interest would be in the buffalo suggesting a crop that chops off the grasses in the foreground and includes the trees in the background but not the sky above but maybe there are not enough pixels in the image to allow that. I didn't try it because it would bring the image down to 700 by 300 approx due to the fact that the uploaded files are quite small. |

Love the image Sophia. To me the circular frame strongly suggests a square crop. I think the subject has plenty of pop!! (disclaimer I always under cook my images) Jim's idea to darken the blur is a good one. |

Cool portrait Oliver! My only thought was maybe the shadows needed more sculpting. Its fairly flat and looking at the underexposed image there seems to be something to work with by selectively brightening to create a more 3D look. |

Hi Jim and totally agree that the image needed much more punch. My only comment echos Sophia that the sky on the right hand side is a bit too aqua. |

Hi David, great capture. It so happens our club comp this month is pets so I had an extra hard look. Love the action and I think your processing is great too. |

Hi Barbara I think you have done a great job...its beautifully lit and exposed. No highlights that I can see. All the brown tones are very effective. Her right hand is maybe a bit tense...seems to be causing a skin wrinkle |
