Thanks Richard, We had both travelled to Japan on business but this was our first visit dedicated to really getting to know the country much better. I hope you get back there too. |

Hi Sophia, I think Jim has some good points but I did pause on the crooked BRIGGS. It's always a crime to have a crooked horizon but here the drooping name could be an indication of warping or age. Looks like you already used rotate a bit to reduce the droop. I did like the fanning effect of the keys you got by shooting close to the piano. |

Hey what a characterful image. Seems to capture what we imagine is the best of circus. Jim's sharp eyes have picked up the mike (which I didn't notice) so that is a good improvement. I think you have a cracker!! |

Hi Jim, what a majestic scene! As a regular user of Topaz products I imagine you have seen the odd artefacts that Sharpen can produce when seen at 100% so I would scrutinize the image prior to committing to a large print. (sorry you probably have done that). |

Hi David...your interests get you into some interesting spots. Love the image which is nice and sharp on the rider. I think the crop is great and have nothing to suggest. |

Definitely an image that draws a reaction. One would be "ouch" that looks tough on mum. I think the clean up was a good idea but Topaz has introduced some extraneous spots that look like pixelation and I think the original is better. |

Hi Richard good for you getting the capture (because it seems like you are near the line of fire). I assume you were shooting through leaves and branches as the body of the archer is lost. For me this gives a surreal effect...almost like a ghost from the past partially materialising. Its extreme but if you were to pursue that interpretation you could use Generate in PS to take out all the spectators. Just a thought as I don't know what to suggest otherwise! |
